Charlesstead's Story
Praise God for using men and women of differing gifts to accomplish His kingdom purposes.
P Charlesstead was born in a Tamil Nadu Christian family and dedicated to the Lord on the day of his birth.
After a time of wandering from Christ in his teen years, he returned “home” and re-dedicated himself to his Lord and Savior. He was filled with the Holy Spirit and soon became interested in television and visual communication. For several years, he worked in the Tamil film industry and also became very involved in Tamil Nadu politics.
Then he sensed that God was calling him into full-time gospel ministry. This brought him to apply to India Bible College and Seminary to gain a deeper understanding and knowledge of the Bible. He is enrolled in the Master of Divinity program and will graduate in 2026.
He knows that in some way, God will bring in his years of experience in the film industry into this new ministry calling upon his life.

You can help support an evangelist working in an unreached area of India by committing $150-250 a month (depending on location and family situation). We welcome your partial support. Each student or evangelist needs regular prayer support as they prepare to enter ministry in an unreached part of India.
