Founder and President, Rev. Dr. T. Valson Abraham
Rev. Dr. T. Valson Abraham is Founder and President of India Gospel Outreach, an indigenous organization dedicated to planting dynamic churches in all ethnic groups of India. Part of this vision includes planting churches in all of India's postal areas.
Born and reared in India, Valson is grandson of, Pastor K. E. Abraham, the Founder of India's largest indigenous denomination. He studied at Osmania University in Hyderabad, India. He also studied at West Texas State, A & M University and Fuller Theological Seminary. Valson has an active preaching and teaching ministry in his native India, the United States, and other countries.
Beginning in 1923 both of Valson's grandfathers (Pastors K. E. Abraham & P. T. Chacko), his father (Pastor T. Stephen Abraham), and Valson have been involved in extensive preaching, teaching and training ministries in India, greatly increasing Indian mission awareness and outreach. Through their work, Indian evangelists have planted more than 12,000 churches of various denominations in all states of India.
Valson Abraham is actively involved in giving leadership to these churches. Valson also serves as the Director of India Bible College & Seminary where hundreds of students are trained each year for full time ministry of church planting. Students from India Bible College & Seminary and other IGO-sponsored training centers are dedicated to becoming effective church planters in every state of India.
Valson and his wife Laly have four grown children.
